2019 Deadlines for “What if…” Mini Grants

The 2019 deadlines for What If… Mini Grant applications are as follows:

  • January 11, 2019 (funding released after February 25)*
  • March 8, 2019 (funding released after April 29)*
  • May 10, 2019 (funding released after July 1)*
  • August 9, 2019 (funding released after September 30)*
  • October 18, 2019 (funding released after November 25)*

*Note: these deadlines are subject to change.

Please plan ahead and keep these deadlines in mind when planning your activity and deciding when to apply; decisions may take up to 60 days. The Foundation will not reimburse organizations for funds previously spent.

In order to receive application guidelines you must attend an Orientation Session. These informational meetings will be held on the following days at 6 pm in the Gifford Foundation offices (3rd Floor of the “100 Clinton Square” building, 126 North Salina Street (corner of James and North Salina)).
